Two purse seiners/tuna purse seiners for sale
Dear Sir/Madam.
We can now offer two purse seiners/tuna purse seiners for sale.
Sister vessels
The boats have been built in 1999.
Both vessels are fitted with Tuna Net: 1.3Km long for 250 mt depth
The only thing the is old on the vessels is the hull all the others items have been changed and so they are new.

2 x Volvo Penta TDM 100 : 175 KW (each)
1 x VolVo Penta TDM 122 : 279 KW
However normally we say that 1 KW = 1,36 Bhp.
Therefore, please let us know if is it correct that the cap. is as follows:
- 2 x 175 Kw x 1,36 Bhp = 2 x 238 Bhp (each)
- 1 x 279 Kw x 1,36 Bhp = 1 x 279 Bhp
Therefore the total cap. should be. 855 Bhp
-One of theTDM 122 has been bought from Volvo and so we have a warranty from Volvo for 6 months
-The other two have been full reconditioned from us
The engines are disposed as fallow : TDM 100 TDM 122 TDM 100

Actually the tanks for the fuel are 4 ( 8m³ each) so that mean 6.5 tons of petrol each . Total 4x 6.5 =26 tons
But on the vessels there are 4 other tanks of 8m³ that could be feel up with petrol, that mean 4 x 6.5=26
Total: 52 tons of petrol
Fresh water cap
The boat have 2 tanks of 8 m ³, which mean 16 tons of fresh water.
Fish hold cap
206 m3 in 6 separate fish holds.
6 chillers rooms each one are independent
34C to 0 C° in 5 hours
0C° to -18C° in 4 hours
All the 6 fish holds for freezing down to -18 deg. C max.
The purpose of having 6 holds mean that you can choose the way how to conserve the fish. ( Or freezing it or keep it to 0 degrees at the same time) With this system, you can choose the way to sell it and work it.
In each holds there is a system that allowed to have the fish

The system supplied reach the temperature of - 18° in 9 hours

Here you can find a big part of all the modification that have been made:
-New welding in all the hull
o The vessel have been approved by INSB in Italy
- New bulkheads watertight because before there wasn't re welded continuously to the shell
- New electric system
- New fish hold cap and all the system for freezing the fish
- New accommodation
- New electronic equipment
- New Crain so creation of the hydraulic system
- New motor
- Full recondition of the other motors
- Modification of the hull to feet up the bow thrusters
- Modification of the backside of the hull to allowed better to the skift, to go in and out
- New marine generator
- Modification of the engine room to feet all the new equipment
- New system of paint to protect the hull and every parts from the rusty. It is a brand new system that they use in American Navy.
As you can see there have been a lot of modification and now the boat is quite brand new, that's why I would just add that the price is very competitive.
The work for the first vessel has been finish in February 2003, concerning the second one the 85% of the job is already done.
