TAILSHAFT PULLED OUT , TESTED FOR CRACKS , SIMPLEX PACKING RENEWED. CLEARANCE 0.036".
CRANES OVERHAULED 2 SOLENOID VALVES REPLACED (OWNERS FLY THEM FROM MIAMI) ALL ELECTRICAL PARTS WERE CLEANED WITH ELECTROCLEANER, DRYED, AND VARNISHED AS NECESSARY.
NEW TOPPING WIRE AND CARGO RUNNER WAS INSTALLED IN NO.1 CRANE.. (USED 600 FT 5/8 6X20 HEMP CENTER STEEL WIRE)
DECK FIRE LINE AND VALVES RENEWED.
VESSEL WAS DISCALLED AND ANY WASTED STEEL FOUND WAS CROPPED AND REPLACED.
RESCUE BOAT MOTOR REPAIRED IN GOOD OPERATING CONDITION.
VESSEL WAS DRYDOCKED , 65 ANODES WERE REPLACED, PAINTED WITH 3 COATS OF PROPER PAINT. STRAINERS WERE OPENED CLEANED , ANODES PLACED IN EACH STRAINER (2 STR.) ALL SEA VALVE WERE OPENED MAINTENED AND CLOSED IN GOOD CONDITION.
AUDIO GAUGING WERE TAKEN IN THREE BELTS AND RESULTS APPEARS TO BE SATISFACTORY.
