have decided to sell her, and hereby invite Buyers to her SUPERFICIAL INSPECTION during her stay at PORTLAND as per schedule mentioned below.

We would like to request Buyers to submit their application for
Inspection to us (MOL SMART (*)) not later than :-

19TH/AUG(TUE) 17:00(JST) for INSPECTION on 20TH along the below ITEM 4 "GUIDANCE for SUPERFICIAL INSPECTION" in order
to make smooth arrangement.

(CD-ROM) to the Buyers against Buyers direct application to

Please note other CLASS NK Offices (e.g.LONDON,PIRAEUS,ETC)can
provide Buyers with insufficient records (only SURVEY STATUS),
therefore, TOKYO OFFICE is the only OFFICE you can apply for.

Ultrasonic Gauging Record can be inspected only on board when
inspection, hence we never permit any Buyers to inspect this
Record from CLASS NK Office.

4.GUIDANCE for SUPERFICIAL INSPECTION

- Cargo Holds and Ballast Tanks
* Several Cargo Holds and Ballast tanks might be available for
inspection (WOG), which depends on discharging schedule and
vsl's stability.

All the above inspections are subject to master's approval and
under his supervision which will not be unreasonably withheld.

D) BUYERS CAN "NOT" DO:
1) request any inspection to require demonstration work of vessel's equipment
2) request for interview with crew members except for Senior Officers and attending Staffs from Sellers.
3) do any other action to disturb the vessel's safe and/or normal operation.

E) REQUEST TO INSPECTORS

Each Buyers can nominate max of Two (2) Inspectors.

Buyers/Inspectors are kindly requested to inform the Agent (with copy to us "MOL SMART") of Inspectors' Details as follows by 19th/Aug without fail.

3) COMMUNICATION with AGENT
To make smooth boading/inspection and to save time/cost,
please let Buyers' inspectors contact with the Agent
closely and follow the Agent's instruction.

4) CONFIDENTIAL
Buyers/Inspectors must treat their records and/or findings
and/or opinions about this Inspection as "confidential"
and never disclose them to any 3rd party.

5) EXPENSE
Please note that ALL the INSPECTORS must pay any expenses
by themselves in connection with this Inspection.
